Yahoo Japan, unlike eBay, has a policy of pulling sellers auctions, if a complaint is made about the auction, without telling the seller the details of the person who complained, or the complaint itself. Pretty annoying stuff, however, if you get the police involved Yahoo will apparently release the information to the police and the police say they will investigate. Over the last 6 months my company Apexmoto Inc. has been the subject of such harassment. The latest involves a complaint against an add posted for a customers bike, a Tiger 1050 SE. So today we visited Fuefuki police station and filed the complaint. We believe the person harassing our business is a competitor in the industry. The main reason for this post, is to let the person involved know, that they risk loosing their Kubutsho and possible other ramifications, if caught. I personally hope they ignore this so that it can be deal with once and for all.
