Day 16: 1 Min Circuits for Toned Legs Warm-up: -1 min high knees -1 min butt kickers -2 min jump rope (switch between single leg, double leg, skipping, double jumps, etc.) Workout: Perform each exercise for one minute. Circuit 1: repeat 3-4xs 1 min break between sets -med ball wide squat to swing over head -lunge with figure 8 med ball or weight (alternating legs) -plyo jumps in a cross formation -pilates sit-ups with med ball or weight 2 min break then go to Circuit 2
