Yalimba league! In African culture its ill to talk negative about one who has died let alone what led to their death. Everything is shrouded in secrecy to show as a symbol of respect. But the death of Pres. Sata raises several questions. Some we might have to over look since everyone has their own interpretation of the constitution. Its like dealing with the Public Order Act. One question must be answered or paused.. Why cant we have the Tripartite General Elections mid next year (2015)? Here is my submission.. Holding a by-election is very costly especially when the General Elections will be held a few months later. When Kaunda was President in 1990 he cut his term short only after ruling for 2 years. This was done in the spirit of unity, to give what Zambians needed, a new government. Consequently Chiluba became president. It can be done even now. Zambians, we need to rise up and see a new dawn. We are a very needy nation, hospitals are in need of equipment, CBU students are boycotting lectures, UNZA has a bursary and accomodation crisis. We cant afford this by-election. Our brothers and sisters a dying through accidents that could have been avoided. This is my submission.. Parliament should be dissolved, campaigns should begin. Tower Tower!!!
