Every year around this time I like to thank Monique Horb and Zenon Horb. In October of 1993 God used their kindness, lack of judgement and genuine love to lead me to a relationship with Him. This agnostic, troubled, discontented, weighted down with the burden of(didnt know what it was then)sin...-50 yr old feeling- 25 yr old had her eyes opened to an understanding that God is REAL. That in Christ I am FORGIVEN and in acknowledging and in placing the yuck of my preceding life at His feet and accepting His invitation to be His forgiven child- my life was forever changed. I was absolutely set FREE to finally enjoy living. Its been a tough road since-circumstantially, but He has been tangibly by my side every moment. I wouldnt trade my best day before for my worst day now-not for anything. Now this 46 year old feels about 17, and probably always will. ;)
