Yanno, I detest those ‘Slow Children At Play‘ signs (although the wording always cracks me up) and the inane ‘Baby On Board‘ window hangers, but I understand the necessity. Some people are simply too stupid to be let off a leash or out of a padded room without corners. These people *require* the captain obvious signs and labels of caution and warning that the rest of us take for granted as uncommon sense. It is for people like them that we have ‘do not use in the shower‘ on blowdryers and ‘do not consume‘ on silica dessicant packs. Perhaps our fair city doesn‘t wish to acknowledge that the vast majority of humanity is, quite simply, retarded. That the population affected by this ridiculous issue divides pretty neatly into two factions: those who should not be allowed control of a tricycle, let alone a car, and those who shouldn‘t have been allowed to breed because they‘re incapable of minding their children and keeping them off the street.
