Yay or Nay? Our Yes or no ring for this lighter Monday morning (who turned the lights back on?) Is this 1.5ct F-Vs2 Emerald-cut diamond and Platinum Halo ring. The ring is fully wedding ring friendly and Micro-set with 0.40ct of my collection quality E-F Vs+ small diamonds. Emerald-cut seems to embody a very classical feel, bringing to mind the historical periods in the early 20th century embodied by the Art Deco and Art Nouveau aesthetics. Ive always particularly loved Emerald-cut stones, be they coloured or diamonds for this reason but....would YOU say yes to our Prince Valiant if he arrived in his Vintage Rolls Royce with this little sparkler? Going to work already tired today! Worked all Saturday and Sunday afternoon was spent at my daughters swimming gala. It wasnt for long but the place was like a chemical hothouse! She got a Bronze in her first race and DQd in her next two, for reasons as yet unknown. In their bumf on the Internet the rhetoric reads that a child swimming with 99% correct technique is still swimming 100% incorrectly! Little harsh for a ten year old but she seems okay with it and put in her usual sterling effort. Hope you all had a great weekend, time to get noses back to the grinding stone now though.
