Yeaaaah! Here we go. Tageuk 4, we start to get into some of the throat and heart knife hand and spear strikes. Evil shit man. Evil shit. Check out that throat strike. The traditional way you train them to break wind pipes and fracture verterbrae is with bundles of sticks. You collect bamboo sticks together and tie them up with string. Then you practice breaking them. You increase the thickness of the sticks as you go along until youre breaking thick bamboo pieces with each strike.
