Yeeeeeeeeeeah buddy! Latest testimonial from my homie Jason Burns - TopicsExpress

Yeeeeeeeeeeah buddy! Latest testimonial from my homie Jason Burns is up on the site. Ive known Jason since we were kids, so it was an absolute honor to have had the opportunity to train with him after all this time. So Ive known Sean since the 7th grade. We were practically in every single class together. I was always a big kid and so was Sean. Anyway, sometime after high school I started working out and dropped a bunch of weight. I went from approx 320 lbs at my heaviest, to 215 at my lightest. I did this by strictly eating right and exercising. It took me a few years to get down to that weight and I had a hard time keeping it off. For the past few years I have been working at a tech startup in Seattle as a software engineer. They treat us really well and provide a multitude of catered meals, snacks and beer. I gained about 20 lbs since I started working there even while playing tennis 5 days a week. Before my last visit home, I messaged Sean to see if he could help me get back on track. Sean was happy to help and we trained the week I was home. Having played sports and been on a fitness program myself (to lose the weight the first time), I thought I knew a lot about working out. As it turns out, I knew a lot less than I thought I did. Sean got my ass in gear and taught me the proper technique on a the core lifts that I was doing incorrectly all along (deadlifts, squats, rows, bench press, shoulder press, pull-ups, planks and lunges). I had been doing these lifts for years but never got the workout that I got while training with Sean. He also developed a custom nutrition plan that catered to my daily schedule and eating habits. I have been back in Seattle for 2 weeks now. I am 11 lbs down and have more energy now than I can ever remember. My pants are so much looser and I am still only doing body weight lunges. I really feel like the difference is the correction in technique coupled with the meal plan. I lifted 4-5 times a week for years and never saw results close to what I am seeing now. If you have the opportunity, go see Sean. You wont regret it. He is not your regular Bro trainer. Hes a smart guy - a nerd like me. Scientific research drives all his training sessions and he always takes the time to explain the reasoning behind his teachings. Once you understand WHY you are doing something, it is a lot easier to DO IT. I cant recommend Sean enough. He continuously follows up w/ me even though I am not technically a client anymore and I know his big spirit and loving personality will drive you through the sessions and empower you to achieve your goals. seanvalentinepersonaltraining/testimonials.html
