I come home from work today to a crying daughter only to find this e-mail... .... has been temporarily disabled due to a dispute filed against the accounts past payments. This dispute was filed by the bank, credit card company, or financial institution associated with the payment on the account. As a result of this dispute, funds paid on the account were withdrawn from Blizzard Entertainment in direct violation of the accounts terms. This is known as a chargeback. The total withdrawn by this chargeback(s) was: $44.97 If your charge is returned to Blizzard Entertainment for any reason, Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access and your Account, as well as terminating this Agreement and all of Blizzard Entertainments obligations hereunder..... (Buy a game for your child- she LOVES her game- mommy leaves you- you commit insurance fraud.) Interesting??.... So charges to get her game back r at $70 + $44.97. Silly me- I was trying to save us from court by not forcing Sperm Donor to support his child properly, but after recent events I think I am going to be forced to. Does anyone know my legal time limit to sue for half of our childs medical expenses, and back child support? Her hospital bills 4 years ago after my insurance payed their portion r still $38,000 (on my credit only-he is a legal parent on the birth certificate, proven paternity). Also from labor there was a remaining balance of $9,700. I was the only parent in the hospital legally authorized to sign for Eva (Dad was paying to become a model)..... but now Im feeling a change of heart... ANY LEGAL ADVICE???????????? Oh also in 09 he was given 30 days by court order to provide proof of income. Its 14 and he has not. Any advice as far as Indiana Laws are concerned will be greatly appreciated!
