Yep, after the gov takes the money, spends over 70% handling fee handing out to bureacrats and donors not much gets back to the people..Thats why they have big ceremonies making it seem like it does..Remember the Trillion dollar stimulus, the Omnibus? Thats because most of the money was spent paying off big spending donors and friends of dems, not creating ahem..shovel ready jobs and it never is..Its a big shell game..but too many still believe it.
