Yes - you can certainly add upper body movements to a travelling lunge - but its a solid challenge for the hip stabilisers (the gluteus medius in particular) - try this but move slowly with good stability and strength. Superior Push (reciprocal arms) / Low-Cables + Travelling Lunge Watch your posture - dont overarch your back and dont let the knees roll in. Load it up so you can feel your shoulders working too.
