Yes, I chose a shattered glass as my cover photo. Why in the hell would one come to see beauty in something so disastrous? Well, first off, my name is CRAZY Beautiful, so why the hell not?! Beauty is seen in the eye of the beholder, and as for me I see beauty in deep, dark, and terrifying things. Anybody can see beauty in awww puppies, love, flowers, thats easy to see, but what appreciation comes from something so natural?! That is the question I leave for you to ponder on. Why do we take things for granted?! Could it be that its so natural to believe that love, and awww such things are meant to just be there because.... Such a foolish belief and I as a person, and even more as an artist appreciate the beauty that is shattered. Puppies get sick, and even die, thats a grief that hurts deep inside. Love can be brutal, a feeling that may never again feel right, and even the most beautiful of flowers wither away. In the end you have the beauty of life and death, a true awakening that most never fully accept, because we often take beauty for granted. Im an artist that writes everything we fear inside. I happily shatter the mirror that hides the reflection thats hard to meet head on. I break through and twist to feel the emotions flooding all around. Its that fluid motion that allows me to bring CRAZY Beautiful in the most rawest form. I cannot see deep into you but I have penetrated through the deepest part of me, and thats why I reveal whats inside. I use myself as a prime example. I truly believe that ones painful \ beautiful story can help or even save anothers. Its the risks we do not take in life that we regret. I would go through all the pain again if it meant just one life was changed. A friend of mine once said, Great writers are not just born to write, its through the immense pain that we are created. It was all worth it to become an open CRAZY Beautiful writer! :) ~ Tera Davis
