Yes, Ive always been attached to this game, but never thought Ill be so emotional about an Australian cricketer. Ive been hit on the nose, and hands. Bled on the field while playing cricket too, in my younger days.. and I can uncannily relate to what happened. I desperately hoped he would get well and bat again, soon. Its just like a bad dream come true. Words cannot describe the emotions that surface whenever I read about Phil anywhere on social platforms. But life goes on. I too hope Ill move on, and learn to live with the fact hes gone. Just one of those ugly truths, empty feelings I have come to terms with, and have learnt to live with.
