Yes Joe H. your hollow growth view spiel I fear is about people working for longer, faster, harder and spending money that people dont have ie credit/ debit. We dont need your narrow view of growth We need sustainable growth incuding a social concious public housing , public infra structure, solid social security system ,health facilities schools, education, enviroment , meaning ful work equity with wages and so much more. You have a stultifying view of growth and a governments responsibility towards its communities.
