Yes... YES and MORE YES!!! What a FANTASTIC response by this restaurant owner to a vicious public attack on his restaurant services! Instead of persuing genuine complaints through the correct channels some prefer to use social media as a platform to air (sometimes) baseless, negative and unproductive comments. Please, if you have a negative experience in ANY industry, keep it constructive, solution oriented and discrete. Peace to all.
