Yes a good swim week so far, apart from the weather thwarting most of my sea swims. Had a great masters session yesterday that left me feeling pooped, a sea swim with lovely chums today in the Solent, we lasted 42 mins and got out before we felt too cold. It felt chillier than the last swim when it was 13c (temp gauge is down) and this eve looking forward to going to another coached session. Im definitely getting slower as the sea gets colder, but my toes didnt go blue today as on the advice of some very experienced cold water swimmers I wore some neoprene socks, my core always feels fines its just my extremities that suffer. Still yet to shiver! Im weird I guess, but happy and still in skins. My first winter acclimatisation going swimmingly.
