Yes, its the first day of the year, but Im putting this song out there first. 2014 was a very hard year for a lot of people that I know. Financial problems, health problems, loss of people close to them... some of these things continue into this new year. But, what I like about this song, is that it does have hope. Grudging, desperate hope but there nonetheless. Say a prayer for the falling angels Stem the tide of the rising waters Toll a bell for the broken hearted Burn a torch for your sons and daughters The endless night has got a hold of me Dark days are pulling me forward And all the tears are washing over me- Im crying, lost forever- In a future that aint what it used to be No more no more no more May this year to value those who see us through the difficult days and may we emerge into a better time together.
