A MAD month with calls to action for the Purple Army, Which accolades, exciting support for new IDs, a customer uplift, a recruiting bonanza? Focus & Action! Success leaves clues!! With MAD! 2014 just passed, now is a chance to re-engage! Maybe you have team members who need that call to reignite their interest, to find their way, to activate themselves again. The new support for new IDs is lighting a fire from beneath. Go on! Make that call! October is a return to work, a return to school, a return to matters that are important – preparation for Winter! We have great Autumn promise as people re focus for the changing seasons. It’s easy to get comfortable in the Summer months. Now, we have the harvest then we have the winter. Then again the interesting correlation between MAD/event attendance, personal recruiting, UW fitness, sporting effort, running events, attending events (these can be COPs, conference calls, WAMs, team get togethers, Pizza Tuesdays….) & TEAM productivity………………. Osmosis……….. I mentioned Osmosis earlier…….. Make October the month for Osmosis!
