Yes there are incomplete areas in the theory, however, it is not just a theory for evolution is a backbone of modern science. Without evolution you have... well Im not sure, but its not science. Evolution is, for all purposes, a law. The only reason it is not a law is simply because no mathematical description yet exists, not because it is just a hypothesis. The gaps are closing to a point where aliens and gods are evidently excluded from our origin. Evolution is a fact, and it is an amazing tale to read, so look into it, you may find a new passion in it. I did.
