Saturday, Nov 2 - 1:00-3:30pm Self-Defense/Combatives Seminar - Striking, de-escalation, ground fighting, kubotan (stick self-defense keychain) $10 EET/$20 Non-EET Since October is both National Bullying Prevention Month and National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the training for kids will be focused on bullying while women will focus on domestic violence situations and men will focus on aggressive male attacks. PLEASE let me know if you will be attending. I only have a few Kubotan keychains left. Once they are gone, we will share during the training. If you want one later, I will order for you. Only $5 per keychain. The principles of causing pain with the keychain can be transferred to using several everyday objects for self-defense. Great training for all ages and it gives you great respect for what a small stick can do for you!!
