Yes, we are looking for local casual staff for our new Flipout® Orange! We’re excited to be opening in Orange and to be offering employment and recreation to the people of the area. We have a recruitment package that gives you information about the operation of Flipout® Orange and the general responsibilities expected of those working with us. Please send a message here on our Facebook page, indicating your interest and we’ll forward the recruitment package to you! Please read through the information and decide whether or not there is a good match between our values and expectations of each other. Once you decide to proceed through the recruitment process, you’ll be asked to provide your resume or Curriculum Vitae, as well as some other written responses. We’ll use the information you provide to assess its match with our needs and expectations and let you know accordingly. A short-list of candidates will be drawn up and one or two interviews organised before a final decision on employment with Flipout® Orange is made. Of course, each of us has a wide variety of skills, talents and abilities. As an indoor recreation facility with a higher level of physical activity and dexterity required than in most jobs, we’ll be looking for people whose knowledge, skills, talents and abilities best meet our needs, in combination with the impression of your character, attitude and vitality that you convey and are likely to demonstrate in the position. There will be a period of one month’s probation so we can both assess our fit with each other for those offered a position. We appreciate that there will be a greater number of suitable applicants than vacancies for employment. We’ll be endeavouring to create as diverse a team as possible, within the specified skill set.
