Yes yes YES! Most people have no idea how much water their bodies are made of, and therefore dont get enough. Im not going to freak out if you have a soda every now and then, or tea. I do it too. But most of what you drink should be water. I guarantee youll feel better if you get enough. Flavor it if you need to. Tip: Divide your weight in half, and thats how many ounces of water you should drink per day. Example: a 200 lb person should drink about 100 ozs of water. 150 lb person, 75 ozs. Etc. Drink up!
