Yesterday 3 cops were shot and killed in Canada in a town in New - TopicsExpress

Yesterday 3 cops were shot and killed in Canada in a town in New Brunswick which is 3000 miles away outside of Maine.. Our local NBC news cast here in the Bay Area did an in depth report complete with reporters on the scene.. They came back and told us that everyone need to stay in doors and look out for the gun man and showed his picture...At first I though I misheard the report but then I heard it again..We were being told to stay in doors and look out for the gunman They again showed his picture..The city of New Brunswick was shut down with mail delivery stopped, buses pulled, schools closed etc..What was that about?? Why were they telling us to stay indoors that here in the Bay Area? Im juxtaposing that report with the police immediately responding to a KTVU report about the shooting of 18 year old Yanira Serrano-Garcia in nearby Half Moon Bay. In the first report they showed her neighbor talking about how the girl was shot in the back.. The police had not released her name at the time and said they were still investigating.. Within 5 minutes of that report, the police issued a statement saying homegirl was not shot in the back and the package containing the earlier story was removed from the airwaves and the website with the police narrative being the only one used.
