Yesterday, 5 members of the girls golf team competed in a tournament, finishing 8th out of 15 teams. Medalist for the day was junior Morgan Hill who shot a 116. Freshman Sam House (120), freshman Rachel Corn (123), and sophomores Carly Shay (130) and Rachel Andres (136) rounded out the scoring on a challenging course. Looking forward, we have dual matches next Tuesday and Thursday for which the players will need to sneak out a bit early (after 5th hour), and we are hosting a 18-hole event on Wednesday that will include most of our younger players for the day. Specifics next week, which happens to be 1 of only 3 left in our season. Go Eagles!
