Yesterday, August 1st 2014, our dear father passed away after a short, but fierce fight with lung cancer. A true Renaissance man. a biologist, engineer, horticulturist, beekeeper, gardener, avid fisherman, nature lover,passionate cook, furniture maker, animal lover, he never seized to amaze us with his immense curiosity, his wittiness and his dry sense of humor. He cared deeply about the environment and its inhabitants, especially the weak and the defenseless. He was an inspiration to us all. Rest in peace beloved father, you will be greatly missed.
