Yesterday Branson Tri-Lakes area of operation HOTHC Mary Havron - TopicsExpress

Yesterday Branson Tri-Lakes area of operation HOTHC Mary Havron Moeller and her passenger were involved in a severe trafic accident. They were both ejected from the trike and went over a guard rail into a large rocky drainage ditch in NC Arkansas. The passenger was transported to Fayetteville Ar by air evac and Mary is in room 5102 at North Arkansas medical center in Harrison Arkansas. Both are stable at this time. Mary had her first surgery to repair a punctured lung and compound fractures to her left elbow and arm. Today she was in good spirits and making progress. She Will have to undergo at least two more surgeries for the arm. The surgeon is very optimistic. Now lets talk about some other things for a minute, both of these riders were wearing helmets and Im so greatful they were. The outcome would have been much different if not so. I dont know that they would have survived. Another thing, RC Terry Willey and RC Mark Hinterleiter reacted so quickly that I have no doubt they played a huge role in the positive medical prognosis of the two. The medical training that Terry had received in his days as a paramedic proved to be invaluable during the over an hour wait for medical professionals to arrive. Needless to say, Im very proud of these men but also very humbled by their actions. We are so blessed to have leaders like these two men as Patriot Guard members. Please join me in praying for these two ladies and all of our riders as they serve others. God bless you all and remember, if your with your loved ones tonight, you had a good day.
