Yesterday I fired up my new smoker for the first time on my fire truck Hoptimus Prime. Did a good burn to check out how air tight she be and how the smoke and heat flows. It worked perfectly. Was able to maintain a nice 225 degree smoke for... a long slow burn. First thing smoked was a whole striploin of 5 week aged beef. Oh it was tasty. Tender, sweet smoky deliciousness, sliced thin and served on a bun with some spicy Zane Caplansky mustard. George Tchor from Kreater Custom Motorcycles did an amazing job on getting my truck ready for todays catering event. We be firing it up again today! As well we had a film crew in from Discovery Network shooting for Daily Planet dealing with Extreme Machines. This episode will be airing before the end of the month. More to come!
