Yesterday I had an injection of my own blood directly into the lcl of my right knee. The doctor, after observing my bicep femoris and lcl in an ultrasound, laughed and told me it was all messed up in there. My knee feels like there is a balloon increasingly inflating under the knee cap and outer right side. These side effects post injections are normal and I am looking forward to having a fully healed knee in the near future. Positivity counts for everything and if it works as well as I hope it does I will be rushing to stick another 4mls of my concentrated super blood right into my other knee... down side, no Jiu Jitsu for about a month. Now that really sucks! especially when you are organising a seminar with one of your favourite fighters for next week.
