Yesterday I had shallow breathing due to exposure to saw dust ( building my deck) and my severe allergies. I couldnt do much because I felt very weak. Im now on an antibiotic and clear fluids. My Friend Karen came over and cooked for my family, cleaned the kitchen afterwards, made breakfast this morning and prepared lunch for them for today. GOD KNOWS I WAS TOO WEAK...
