Yesterday, I heard the cry of the continuing students for higher learning institutions and universities in Tanzania for the academic year 2013/2014 blaming to the government of the United Republic of Tanzania through the Higher Education Students Loans Board (HESLB) for not allocating their field allowances almost 2 weeks past after the due date. Im firmly and strong speaking before you tonight, by keeping out the bounded rightful demand of this necessary fund to these majority of scholars, as well as giving notice to the government that HESLB must release this fund within 48 hours starting from the time of setting this notice to the public. If this announcement will not be considered within the prescribed time, Ill call for un-peaceful demonstration from all named categories of students countrywide to all higher learning institutions and universities in Tanzania, because I know and I hope that all specified students are strong enough to come and working together as one, to come and raise voice as one. Im expecting a positive return for this order from the organization into effect. Im hearing from you HESLB...
