Yesterday Jennifer Butts Cooper and I went to get a new drivers license. We arrived at 4:05. We were directed to the kiosks. At 4:10 a man came in and spike to the lady at the counter. He was told that due to the height volume of customers no more numbers were being given out. There were three people in the waiting area. He told her that he had been informed that if he arrived by 4:30 there would be no problem. She again told him no more numbers were going to be given out because that were just too flooded that day. We left at 4:35 to a empty building. Question was she right to refuse him and did we other them to do nothing the last 45 minutes if their work day?
