Yesterday, drove 45 min to BH to get, what I hoped, would be my last injection. Waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. Finally got called and they didnt have the authorization from the lawyer!!! Paid $10.50 for parking and left exasperated and still in pain. Took an hour and 15 min to get to the boys daycare. . I pulled into the parking lot, lawyer called me to apologize and said his assistant had called the doctors office a few times and finally just left them a message to authorize in the AM...I really dont want to drive back there!!! WHEN WILL THIS GET BETTER???
