Yesterday morning, Tamara Kabush Evans and I met with two special boys ... Chaco an owner surrender from Oregon and Shooter a down doxie from CL in Chehalis, WA. Both are wirehairs and both have heart wrenching stories which Ill explain later. 500 mile roundtrip and a 12 hr. day I was emotionally spent but knowing where their journey was taking them, I couldnt contain my happiness. I have many photos and videos to post so you can hear the magnitude of my words, feel my heart and see the love! Spending the day with the ladies from A Voice4 Paws Canine Rescue at their pet event in North Vancouver, BC yesterday was nothing less than a perfect day. I was thrilled to have a reunion with some of my owner surrenders that some go back to a year... HRH Angel, Sully, Snickers, Maya, Pepper, Blossom. Heres to Brenda Kay Sandra Siciliano, Denise, Vince, Susan who knock it out of the ballpark for each pup and represent rescue like no other. Im so thankful and full of gratitude! Chaco and Shooter you stole all our hearts... Love you both! xoxo
