Yesterday our lunch was good, meat loaf, hot creamed potatoes ( notice I said hot and creamed) and pinto beans!!!! Pinto beans could have stood cooking a little more but had a good taste! Today s food , ice cold creamed potatoes and so thick, you cant stir them ... Chicken and dumplings on the menu, you go in and it is chicken and rice with loads of mushrooms , squash casserole is floating in grease.... It just amazes me that they are never consistent!!!
