Yesterday was a disaster! I could try to blame it on anyone and everyone but it was all me! My heart and mind were not set on God! I let myself get wrapped up in the things that dont matter and failed to turn to God for help!! Went to bed feeling defeated BUT woke up feeling convicted! Instead of pushing play on my workout first this morning I did what I know works best and opened by Bible!! Spent time with God and did my advent study what a world of difference! The day has barely started and I KNOW it is going to be a good day! I could have woke up beating myself up about my failures yesterday but I will not!! Isnt Gods love, grace and forgiveness the most amazing gifts??? Please, please join me in extending those gifts to other people today. Maybe one of the people you need to forgive is yourself. How can one go to sleep feeling like a failure and wake up knowing they are anything but?? 2 Timothy 4:17 spoke so clearly to me this morning!
