Yesterday was a rest day and today was this standing ab workout followed by barre stuff on the floor. The ab one I wont do again. Only a couple moves seemed to really target my abs. The floor barre was great! Lots of work for the abs and inner and outer thighs and the arm series at the end was brutal!!! I almost grabbed weights for it and Im so glad I didnt.
