Yesterday was national suicide prevention day, today is R U ok day? Did anyone throw a bucket of ice over their head for that? Im glad over 30 million dollars has been raised for awareness, although less than 7% makes it to research, are the kids next door still be bullied? Does your anorexic Friend have a shoulder to cry on? & does the domestic violent babe up the street have a safe place to hide, ice on your head makes you look cool on social media, step outside your door & you will see a lot more issues you can help with in day to day life about people you know.
