Yesterday we had a really fantastic time learning about the wine business with Napa Valley Wine Academy at the Napa Marriott. A full day with the wine business sim program I have developed followed by a wine blending where everyone also had to put in the wine price per gallon to not only see who made the best wine but also who made the most profit. What a fun new dimension to wine blending. Thanks Christian Oggenfuss Dws and the rest of the class.
