Yesterday we went for the open Shabat Dinner with the legendary Dr Rick Hodes of Ethiopia but previously from NY , World Renowned as Father Theresa. It was a refreshing meetings with many of his new&old adopted kids and with many Jewish Volunteers of the JDC who attended this special dinner. His work through the 30+ years for humanity, self empowering of the poorest, sending children for back operations in Ghana or Heart surgeries in India represents the kindest and beautiful face of the real medicine, the medicine of Hippocrates and the Rambam. His extraordinary and sometimes inconceivable dedication of his life for the Happiness, Self-Empowerment, Success& Laughter of the the others (in most of the times against the odds) represents the real source for true Happiness and Fulfillment of ones Purpose for Living. He is a living testimonial for all of us Laughter Practitioners, Positive Psychology Coaches, Humor Therapists and Therapeutic Clowns as when you fulfill your unique purpose of living (and every one has one , or maybe two to achieve, but sometimes LOGIC, Fears, What the Others will Think do prevent and block us from fulfilling them)- true Happiness, Laughter and FLOW (according to Mihaly Csiksanthamihaly) are the immediate By-Products of it. In his Amazing work and empowering the unlucky, he allows them to achieve against the odds and to make the Impossible Possible even if sometimes so many obstacles are there, and if you know how is Life in Ethiopia you may know what i mean. Many people work to get more money on the account of their own Purposef or Living which is not fulfilled, they become tired of it and never happy (Yes, Money doesnt bring you happiness especially if you become a slave to it, to a Job you really dislike and finally you spend the whole money to repair your health issues). Dr Ricks work for humanity reminds us that the sky is the limit, and success can be achieved despite LOGIC, THE IMPOSSIBLITY VERDICT and GENETICS, he applies practically the outstanding concept of EPIGENETICS&Biology of Belief that has been gifted by Dr Bruce Lipton to all human beings https://youtube/watch?v=8jqw_VC-ipA
