Yesterdays loot, a little more in depth description. 2x Standard Electric type 1954 deskphones, 15 euros each. For restoration and trade. Nice, as I do not often have these for sale. Pic 2, 3x T65 telephone of which one is push button version, one has a special speaker phone unit attached, the little box in front, and the left one has a special amplifier in the handset (for the hearing impaired). You can see the volume control wheel in the handset. Those were 2,25 euros each. I will strip them for parts, except the left one. That one is quite nice and after clean up will be a gift for a friend who badly wants a grey one. These grey ones can have great sentimental value for some Dutch people. It is a real cultural icon. And last but not least, a HEEMAF 1955. Did I really need another one? No. But this one is special. It is completely original and built in the first year of production (june 1955). This is the export version (non-ptt). I want to study this early version and see where it differs from later version. Although I have about 40 Heemaf 55, none of them is from 1955.
