Yesterdays selection without objection - except there were a couple. I have never in my life presented a show with the expectation that every listener is going to like every single track. Yesterday there was a rather blinkered and tunnel visioned response about the relative merits, or otherwise of a Teena Marie remix. I think you have to judge each remix that comes along as a separate entity. Theres good and bad in this genre, just like everything else. Remixes have been a part of popular music culture for over 40 years, so why the Hinge and Bracket of soul Clive Richardson and Tony Rounce are suddenly raising concerns is puzzling to say the least. What you need to do next time is actually hear the track before you complain! I cant see that if you dislike a form of music, that automatically makes it bad, or worthless. Try getting out of your comfort zone chaps. Failing that, I promise Ill come and visit you in your glass case at the British Museum. Have a nice day yall! :)
