Yet another interesting observation. Im personally saddened that Gordon Brown has declined the opportunity to get down and dirty with real politics and make a bid for the leader of Scottish Labour. If he had, we could have done what the media has consistently failed to do, and remind Labour voters that in 2013/14 Mr Brown - that champion of socialism and equality - received : £1,051,484.99 - for travelling around the world giving speeches . That sum is paid into a company called Gordon and Sarah Brown Ltd which has two shareholders - Gordon and Sarah Brown. Add his MPs salary, his Westminster expenses of £165,433.04, and the additional thousands paid to former Prime Ministers to facilitate their activities as ..... former Prime Ministers, and I think even the remaining hard-core Labour voters would be having second thoughts. I doesnt say much for Neil Findlays choice either, and his decision to dye his hair could backfire too.
