Yo Yo Yo Legends! We are exactly one month away from Christmas Eve! ohhhhhhhhh yeahhhhhhhhhh! But that means theres only 4 weeks left of training. So lets keep the intensity nice and high Legends! Weve got boxing and kicking workouts lined up this week, and non-compulsory (but strongly recommended) body composition recordings next week...the last for 2014! Also Legends if you could at some stage this week bring back your attendance sheet for the Xmas BBQ next saturday 6 December that would be awesome!
