Yoga: While sessions of postures ie asana & breath training ie pranayama may be done for an hour or a couple of hours, with effort.. They are tiny parts of Yoga. Yoga itself is a 24/7 state of being. Whether it is dexterity in action, equanimity, willpower, Knowledge or a sense of complete surrender..as described in the Bhagvat Gita or a stoppage of the patterns of emotions, intellect & the projected self image as described and defined by Maharshi Patanjali. Yoga is the tool, the path, technique, goal & beyond it. Yoga is a lifestyle & Life itself, while also the transition that happens at the end and the transformations which take place while being bound or free from the cycle of birth & death.
