~ Yoga ~ translates into Divine union~ ( one of the translations~ To yoke * to bring together with SELF* ) Aware / unaware/ conscious/ unconscious behavior can make a world of difference~ Real EYes* Be honest with your Self * I do like practice yoga * I wouldnt call it a guilty pleasure * ~ thenatureofbI practice to share * which is why Im sharing this * Remembering an ounce of practice is worth a ton of theory. Breathe~ wow * simple practice * aware breathing * Circular breathing * oxygenating all the cells in the body ~and cleansing * Focusing * thats a nice focus and intention ~ a more simple practice * ~ Be where youre at, gently flow from there. the river doesnt flow upstream~ Growth * and peace~ truly begin with each individual. May you find a friend/ teacher and guide within all of life~ including SELF* we are able to form individual opinions based on experience and study~ arent we?
