You all know by now, how mad I am about riding a bike...well after seeing all those wonderful pictures of sunrises, serene bush scenery and views of a sleeping city taken by early morning riders I thought Id have a go. Up at 5.45 am, quickly dressed in clothes put in the kitchen with my bike..so I could sneak out without waking Val, the boy cats, or Dusty. (It didnt work...Val got up anyway). Well the wind was blowing like mad, its was flippin cold and there were more people out on the road than I expected. My conclusion? Why on the Goddesses Green Earth would anyone get out of a warm bed, with a warm woman (or whoever) to go ride so early. OK Been there done that...not again ...thanks world.
