You are a child of God.. a being of light. Having such deep feelings can seem to be a burden.. change your thinking... see it as a wonderful gift. I know how bad you can feel caring all that weight on your soul... you need to recycle the pain. You do this through prayer...meditation. You know how good it is to sit by a camp fire? Staring into the flames is a form of meditation. I use a candle. Any candle can be used..I like the ones that have reike energy already infused. You can find then at the Saginaw Mall... Tiger Imports. Any way when you are alone light a candle with the intent of getting rid of the pain and hurt you carry with you. You can say something simple as Jesus I offer this pain up to you. While looking into the flame I want you to think of yourself as a tree...feel your branches grow... feel from your feet roots growing into the earth. Feel the sun and a warm breeze blowing through your branches. Ask for Gods healing light to enter your branches travel through the whole tree (your body) As you feel Gods wonderful energy flow through you.. I want you to let it take all the pain and negative energy from your..from every cell in your body... let this energy flow through you through the roots into the earth all the way to the center of the earth... the energy of mother earth will burn the negative away...draw the positive energy back out through the roots through your body... back to the heavens... this will cleanse the negative energy from you... when Jesus was in the garden asking for the cup to pass.... he prayed so hard that he sweat blood... he did this for us... all the pain, sin hurt... he did this for us because his love for us was so deep.... you were given the gift of feeling as deep as Jesus... not an easy task. So when we feel others pain and hurt we need to get rid of it... you can also see a box of some sort...chest open the chest and place the pain and hurt in the box and place it at the foot of the cross. I also want you to see the light of God in the center of your body... I want you to see this light grow as a big ball of light as this light grows... let it fill your house all the way out to the edge of your property... like the flame of the Holy Spirit... let it burn any negative energy as it grows. then ask for the help of the Angles..ask for them to watch you property and not let any thing negative to enter. This will help... the biggest thing is to turn your thinking around... see this as an awesome gift... but learn how to recycle the pain... burn it with the light of the Holy Spirit... then let Gods love fill every cell of your body... you will glow with the light again :)
