You are cordially invited to join us and share your knowledge and expertise with a Regional Forum focused on Autism Spectrum Disorders. Adanta is hosting the Regional Forum on: August 6 10am to 4pm ET Adanta Corporate Office Training Room 130 Southern School Road Somerset, KY 42501 The Kentucky Autism Spectrum Disorders planning group is sponsoring regional forums throughout the state. The Ohio Center for Autism and Low Incidence (OCALI) has been contracted to assist with each regional assessment and planning process. Kevin Aldridge and Lara Parlay are the two consultants from OCALI who will be co leading the forum for our region. The overall purpose for the forum is to conduct a needs assessment that will address: early identification system, mechanisms for early intervention, screening, assessment, diagnosis, continuity of intervention, and training and staffing needs. Information from the needs assessment will be used by those at the state level to advocate and educate lawmakers of needed programs for children with Autism.
