Table Captains are invited to a complimentary lunch at the beautiful Ruins, private club near Seattle Center on this Friday, October 4. Please let me know by Wednesday if you can do this tremendous service for Dr. James W. Washington on the celebration of his 105th Birthday anniversary. This Celebration is a fund raiser for the maintenance on the historical James and Janie Washington house and gardens on 26th Avenue. The property was established as a Seattle Historical Landmark in 1997, three years prior to the death of the Washingtons. One of Dr. Washingtons renderings is located in the circle driveway of Mount Zion Baptist Church; another is at the Washington State Convention Center; another is located in the lobby of the downtown Seattle Sheraton Hotel.
