You can all tell me again how negative I am but, Im a Silver Power Seller and TRS on ebay with over 10,000 feedback and 13,000 transactions. AND?? On Friday I called ebay about some problems Id had, like NO sales and no traffic even. And the traffic reports werent working again... And in an excess of enthusiasm, the CSR attempted to issue a credit for the store fees for the month and ....................... it killed my store. GONE - POOF, with NO recourse. AND ebay has no clue why or how or what to do now. So here I sit with 1700 items listed, for which they will start charging me full price when its time to roll them over, because after all, they have to make money. (right? yea..they do but I dont?) They have NOT refunded the prepaid store fees. They did not issue the $199 credit I was promised and they do NOT return phone calls even when they say they will (except for one person. David did call Friday night but with the news that they had no clue what happened or how to fix it) So do not........ DO NOT Assume that you are untouchable. Ebay has been pushing small sellers off for the last 6 years and now they pushed me to the point where I might as well be off. I have another unused I did that I quick opened up but... its got a limit of 100 listings - only 50 free auctions and will not let me individualize either my returns or my payment options or my start times. USELESS So when youre bored today, go open something else...etsy, ecrater whatever. Just GET OFF EBAY NOW!!! (hows that for a Net Promoter Score?? 0... ) Im not asking for help. Im so pissed its a good thing their headquarters are on the other side of the county cause even I cant scream that loud ...but Im sure tempted to try. @ebay eBay for Business Beth Cherkowsky .
